- Carbon steel surface grit blasting in grade Sa 2,5 acc. ISO 8501-1 and external anticorrosive PUR coating protection resistant to puncture 6 kV
- The inner surface of the carbon sheet optionall coated with epoxy paints resistant to water, for drinking water approved paints available

- Carbon steel surface grit blasting in grade Sa 2,5 acc. ISO 8501-1 and external anticorrosion protection in C3 class or higher
- The inner surface of the carbon sheet optionally coated with epoxy paints resistant to water, for drinking water approved paints available.
- The possibility of insulation of the tank and the installation of heating systems – electric or coil pipe

Characteristics of aboveground tanks manufactured by CGH SA
- Perfect tank assembly to automatic production line of Heinrichgluck.
- Provide welds in the internal and external surface submerged arc welding methods using the highest quality welding materials.
- Abrasive grit-blasted to grade Sa 2,5 according to PN 8501-1.
- Non-destructive testing of welded joints.

Underground and above ground tanks, with a capacity ranging from 5 m3 to 120 m3, used for storing various kinds of water – drinking, industrial, rainwater or firewater. The highest quality is achieved thanks to, automated production process and internal and external joints made via submerged arc welding method from the materials. Made in accordance with individual designs, prepared and discussed with us beforehand, our products also conform to EN 12285-1 or DIN 6608 standards.
